Our role

FullyListed helps you explore property listings, save individual units and send enquiries. We are not a party to a property sale. Saving a unit or enquiring does not reserve it, fix its price or create a purchase agreement.

Listing information

Prices, availability, dimensions and specifications can change. Plans, maps and interactive models are illustrative; furniture, finishes, lighting and views may not be included in a sale. Confirm details with the seller and obtain appropriate independent advice before buying. A listing is not a title check, survey or valuation.

People you contact through FullyListed

A listing or introduction through FullyListed is not an endorsement of a developer, seller, agent or other person. Unless we expressly describe a particular check, do not assume we have independently verified their identity, qualifications, authority to act, ownership of a property, financial standing or trustworthiness. Any check we describe is limited to its stated scope and is not a guarantee of their conduct or a transaction’s outcome.

You are responsible for deciding whom to deal with and obtaining independent legal and professional advice. Verify identity, authority to sell or receive money, property ownership and payment instructions before paying or entering an agreement. Tell us if you suspect a misleading listing, impersonation or other misuse.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for the acts, omissions, representations or agreements of third parties you contact through the platform. This does not exclude any responsibility or liability of FullyListed or Plotwise Limited that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Accounts and enquiries

Use an email or Google account you are authorised to access and keep sign-in codes private. Saved listings may change or become unavailable.

Submitting an enquiry authorises us to send your details and message to the listing’s configured contact. Provide accurate information you are entitled to share. Successful submission does not guarantee delivery, a reply or availability. Sellers handle their own enquiries and transactions; FullyListed does not determine agent representation, lead ownership or commissions.

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information, retain enquiry information and distinguish necessary service emails from optional marketing. Neither sending an enquiry nor creating an account automatically subscribes you to marketing.

Using the website

Do not send spam, impersonate others, attempt unauthorised access or disrupt the service. You may browse listings and share their links. Content, plans, imagery and branding remain the property of their respective owners; other reuse requires permission unless permitted by law.

We may update features, remove listings or restrict accounts where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security or legal requirements. External services have their own terms.

Responsibility

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or complete, current third-party listing information. Sellers are responsible for their own commitments. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. These terms are governed by Kenyan law, subject to any mandatory protections applicable to you.
